In 2025 I kept track of the adults I saw every day, and the kind of interaction (e.g. staying together, in-person meeting, texting/virtual communication, etc.) and embroidered it in a spiral inspired by Pam Lach’s Sleep Viz.
The different colors represent people from different parts of my life (e.g. girlfriend, work, new friends, family, etc.), and the different stitches represent different interactions. The organization is chronological, working out from the center of the spiral. This is a visualization of interaction data.
